Cissy Roberts is Coordinator in the Department of Government and Politics joining the University of Maryland 30+ years ago in 1983 with the University of Maryland, University College and moved to the University of Maryland College Park in 1990 working with the Office of Campus Programs (OCP). In her role with OCP she was directly involved in major events on campus such as the First Look Fair; Greek Life; and the Martin Luther King Celebration. In 1995 she switched from the excitement of student life on campus and move to the academic side joining the Department of Government and Politics. Cissy is well known by many members of the university community from her many roles.
