Michael D. Parrott is Lecturer-in-Discipline within the Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences program and the department of Political Science at Columbia University. He was an American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow for 2016–2017. He received his PhD from the University of Maryland in May of 2016. His sub-fields are American politics and Quantitative methods (with advanced training in GIS data management, spatial statistics, and network modelling).
Michael's research interests include legislative behavior, interest groups, and money and politics.
