International Relations Major Named a Marshall Scholar
Dhruvak Mirani, a dual-degree senior majoring in computer science and international relations, has been named a Marshall Scholar, one of the most prestigious academic honors available to American undergraduates.
Mirani will use the scholarship to pursue a Master of Science in Global Security at the University of Glasgow, followed by a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at King’s College London. His long-term goal is to help shape U.S. cybersecurity policymaking—potentially at the National Security Council or the Department of State—by developing international agreements that set standards for responsible cyber conduct and protect against cyberattacks.
