Jori Breslawski is pursuing her Ph.D. in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. Her research centers around political violence, transnational networks, and identity. Regionally, she focuses on Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia. Her work has been published in the Journal of Conflict Resolution and is forthcoming in Terrorism and Political Violence, International Interactions, and the Journal of Global Security Studies. Her research has been generously supported by the World Politics & Statecraft Fellowship from the Smith Richardson Foundation, the Global Religion Research Initiative at the University of Notre Dame, and the Dean's Research Initiative at the University of Maryland.
