Will Herens is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Government and Politics department at the University of Maryland, College Park. His research interests include counterinsurgency, conflict resolution, and rebel group relative endurance and longevity. Before joining the GVPT Program, Will received his Bachelor of Arts in Politic Sciences from University of Connecticut.
