Plettner, Ted
Bio
Ted Plettner is a PhD candidate in the Department of Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park. His research focuses on civil conflict dynamics, with an emphasis on the effect of foreign intervention on actor strategies and the implications for conflict intensity and duration.
He holds a B.S. in Physics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an M.Phil in Development Studies from the University of Cape Town, and an M.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
