Reginald Pulley is PhD student in American Politics at the University of Maryland studying Race and Ethinocy Politics. His research interests explore the intra-group differences among Black Americans and its effect on their evaluations of public policy. Prior to transferring to UMD, Reginald began his PhD journey at Georgia State University, where he also received his Master's in Political Science. He received his Bachelor's in Political Science from Catawba College in North Carolina.
