WASHINGTON (ABC7) — 'It is a small political science class at the University of Maryland but all the hands went up when asked if they would watch the presidential debate.
“In previous election years, I used to have to assign the students to watch the debates. They had to prove to me that they had watched the debates. And this year, it is a completely different story,” said Dr. Lilliana Mason, who is an assistant professor in the Department of Government and Politics.`
GVPT students Lauren Koenig, Ben Reichard, and Ari Rickman described the debates from the perspective of millenials.
